Find Marketing Lessons and Keys with AirTag!

Disclaimer: I didn't reach out to Apple about this blog post, all photos and videos are theirs. I'm just appreciating the marketing lessons found in the video.
Apple announced some new products during their latest event, on 20 April. It looks like the one that caught the most attention by the masses was the AirTag.
Besides seeing its ad online and on social media, I received it on WhatsApp more times than I can count.
I love the ad because it's not only a way to find your keys but also a way to find some marketing sense on how to tell a story, so your customers and your audience can find you deserving of their time.
You've heard me say it, probably over and over again, “focus on your customers’ problems and challenges and tell them how you understand their pain, then offer your service or product as the solution to that problem.”
When you do this, they will always remember you when they face that challenge and always look for your product to overcome that problem.
Apple just did a fantastic job, and it's the perfect example for the "problem, problem, problem and THE solution"
They showcased the problem, then took it to the extreme to make sure you know the problem, find it relatable and make it comical and entertaining. If you look at it in numbers:
The ad is 67 seconds long
The problem was highlighted in the first 51 seconds
The solution was highlighted in the last 16 seconds
That's 75% of the ad focusing on the challenge the customers face.
I've seen similar products before but never saw a proper ad about it, and I cannot remember any brand name that provides this product. But now, my over-60-year-old parents dropped the word "AirTag" in the latest conversation I had with them - this is the power of "problem/solution" - people will remember you for it.
